Reiko Aylesworth

Reiko Aylesworth, (pronounced "ray-co") was born in Chicago, Illinois on December 9, 1972. She moved to Seattle, Washington with her family when she was 15 years old. After high school, she attended the University of Washington to study neural science. She did not complete her university degree as she left to pursue an acting career full-time after winning in an ABC talent search contest. She began acting at the age of 13 but didn’t officially begin her acting career until she started in the soap opera One Life to Live. She has also made a guest appearances on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Her CSI character was supposed to be a recurring role but she was cast in the 24 series and had to decline the CSI role.
