Reid Rosenthal is a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Realtor, who works for the family business. He was one of thirty bachelors, on The Bachelorette, who tried to find love with Jillian Harris, on the fifth season of the show.
Rosenthal, Kiptyn Locke and Ed Swiderski were the final three men, and took Harris home to meet their families. Rosenthal made a surprise visit to the finale, and asked Harris to marry him. She rejected his offer, and chose Swiderski as her fiance.

During the "Bachelor Tell All" episode, of the fifth season of The Bachelorette, teaser previews revealed Rosenthal holding a ring. The preview fueled the rumor that Rosenthal returned to the show, after having been let go by Harris, due to his inability to express his feelings for her.
