According to PerezHilton.com, in March 2009, O'Neal changed his plea and denied having any responsibility in the earlier drug arrest, although he had admitted to a drug relapse when arrested. O'Neal failed a required drug test, while in rehab, in April 2009. He was ordered to leave the Clearview Treatment Center, and may be charged with parole violation.
