Rebecca St. James is a Grammy Award winning Christian pop/rock singer, songwriter and author born in Australia. James' music career started in 1990 when she opened up for Christian artist Carman. In 1991 her first album Refresh My Heart was released under the name Rebecca Jean. She was only 13 years old. The album is currently out of print. The fifth studio album from James Pray was released in 1998 and won her a Grammy Award for Best Rock Gospel Album.
