  • Rebbie Jackson, also known as Maureen Reillette Brown, is a singer and the oldest child of the Jackson family. Rebbie's brother, singer Michael Jackson, died suddenly on June 25, 2009, as a result of cardiac arrest at the age of 50.
  • Career

    Rebbie Jackson, born into a large family of musicians, began her career in 1976 as a back-up singer for various famous artists. Her brothers, Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon and Michael, made up the highly successful group known as The Jackson 5. Her sisters, Janet and La Toya, are also successful singers as well as actresses. Rebbie rose to fame with her 1984 hit "Centipede" and subsequently released her debut album of the same name. She went on to release four more albums and eight singles. Rebbie and husband Nathaniel Brown have three children, Stacee, Yashi, and Austin, who are all singers as well.
