Reba is an American situation comedy starring country music legend Reba McEntire as the wisecracking, single mother Reba (Nell) Hart. Set in suburban Houston, Texas Reba's husband and dentist Brock has left her to marry the young, ditzy Barbra Jean (Melissa Peterman) after his affair with her. The show strived to portray a light-hearted yet realistic take on the trials and tribulations of family life in modern society. The show aired from 2001 through 2007.
