Ray Nagin

Ray Nagin is the mayor of the city of New Orleans, Louisiana. On June 7, 2009, New Orleans television station WDSU reported that Nagin had been quarantined in Shanghai, China, after a passenger on his plane showed possible symptoms of swine flu, also known as the H1N1 virus. Nagin and his wife were both quarantined as a precaution. Nagin left New Orleans on a 10-day economic development trip to China and Australia on Friday, June 5, 2009.
