Raw Foods Course

Course Summary

Raw foods can be a healthy addition to your diet because they retain the nutrition and enzymes that are often removed when food is cooked. To be considered "raw," food must not be cooked over 118°F. Raw food is most often organic, unprocessed and unpasteurized.

Mahalo's raw foods course will walk you through the important steps of becoming a raw foods master, including all the health benefits, history and materials you'll need for this way of eating. Get a taste of the concept of "raw" and then find out what kinds of materials and ingredients you'll be using. Mahalo shows you how to prepare your own raw food diet from snacks to desserts, in simple steps that you can master in your own kitchen.
