Ratko Mladic is a former military commander of Bosnian Serb forces who was charged in 1995 with war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide by the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY). Mladic's Alleged Crimes
Mladic allegedly ordered the shelling of civilians in Sarajevo and allegedly helped usher thousands of people into concentration camps.
