A raspberry tart is a dessert that consists of a sweet pastry shell covered with a layer of raspberries.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 4 cups fresh raspberries
- 8 ounces raspberry jam

How to Make a Raspberry Tart
- Mix the butter and powdered sugar in a medium bowl.
- Mix in the flour 1/2 cup at a time until a smooth dough forms.
- Cover the dough and refrigerate for one hour.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Press the dough into a nine inch tart pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then allow to cool.
- Heat the raspberry jam in a microwave oven until the jam begins to boil.
- Arrange the whole raspberries on top of the crust, then pour the heated jam over the berries.
- Cover the tart and refrigerate for one to two hours.
- Cut the tart into eight slices, serve and enjoy!
