  • How to Make a Raspberry Tart

    1. Mix the butter and powdered sugar in a medium bowl.
    2. Mix in the flour 1/2 cup at a time until a smooth dough forms.
    3. Cover the dough and refrigerate for one hour.
    4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    5. Press the dough into a nine inch tart pan.
    6. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then allow to cool.
    7. Heat the raspberry jam in a microwave oven until the jam begins to boil.
    8. Arrange the whole raspberries on top of the crust, then pour the heated jam over the berries.
    9. Cover the tart and refrigerate for one to two hours.
    10. Cut the tart into eight slices, serve and enjoy!
