Rashad Evans is a mixed martial arts fighter in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He is currently the UFC light heavyweight champion.
On December 28, 2008, Rashad Evans knocked out Forrest Griffin in the third round of their fight at UFC 92. The fight was called at 2:46 left in the third. Rashad Evans stated, "I knew I had him in trouble. He kept smiling, so I didn't know if he was hurt or not. They kept letting me hit him, so I was like, Alright."
