Randy Orton is a professional wrestler for World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). Orton is the son of former wrestler "Cowboy" Bob Orton and the grandson of Bob Orton Sr., making Randy a third-generation professional wrestler.
On May 17, 2009, Orton retained his belt by being disqualified in a match against Batista for the WWE Championship belt on WWE's pay-per-view Judgment Day.

WWE Career
Shortly after making his WWE debut, Orton joined Evolution, a heel stable consisting of Triple H, Batista and Ric Flair. After becoming the youngest World Heavyweight Champion at age 24, Orton left Evolution and developed the nickname "Legend Killer." This nickname came about after Orton began attacking various Hall of Famers as part of his heel persona.On April 26, 2009, Orton teamed up with Ted DiBiase Jr. and Cody Rhodes to defeat Triple H, Batista and Shane McMahon at the 2009 Backlash pay-per-view. Motorcycle Accident
Orton has had his share of injuries during his career. His most recent injury occurred on April 27, 2008 at Backlash. During a match with Triple H, Orton was thrown outside the ring, legitimately breaking his collarbone. Orton re-injured his collarbone in a motorcycle accident on August 11. Reports state that Orton struck a curb and was thrown nearly 300 feet from his motorcycle. The injury is expected to set Orton back an additional three months before he is able to return to WWE action. -
