Randy Miller is a stunt double and owner of Predators in Action. Miller was the stunt double for Will Ferrell in the movie Semi-Pro, in which he fought a grizzly bear. The bear in the scene, Rocky, is one of the many animals trained at his facility. on Tuesday, April 22, 2008, Miller's cousin Stephan, was killed by Rocky during a routine training session. The reason for the bear's sudden, violent attack was unclear.
Predators in Action
Predators in Action is a training facility located in Los Angeles, California. At the facility, bears, lions, tigers, leopards, cougars and wolves are trained for use in advertising, commercials, and for education purposes.
Stephan Miller
Stephan Miller was pronounced dead at the scene after being attacked by a grizzly bear he was training. The bear, Rocky, lunged at Miller for unknown reasons, and bit him on the neck, killing him.
Rocky
Rocky is a five-year-old grizzly bear, weighing 700 pounds and 7.5 feet tall. Rocky was subdued with pepper spray and forced into a pen after attacking Stephan Miller. His fate is yet to be determined.
