Ramon Castro is a Major League Baseball player. He is currently a catcher for the New York Mets.

Ramon Abraham Castro was born in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, on March 1, 1976. He later attended Vega Baja High School. In 1994, Castro was selected by the Houston Astros with the 17th pick in the Major League Baseball amateur draft. Baseball-Reference.com: Ramon Castro
