Ralph H. Baer is an inventor in the video games industry and is known as the "Father of Video Games". He will be speaking at a GDC 2008 Game Design Track titled "How to Create an Industry: The Making of the Brown Box and PONG". He will also be receiving the "Pioneer" award at the 2008 GDC Awards.
