Career
Rajon Rondo began playing for the Kentucky Wildcats in the fall of 2004. During his first year, he was named to the SEC All-Freshmen Team and had one or more steals in every game. Rondo was also a member of the USA Men's Under-21 World Championship Team in 2005 where he averaged 11 points per game.After his sophomore season in 2006, Rondo decided to enter the NBA Draft.ESPN.com: Kentucky G Rondo to hire agent, test draft prospects Rondo was drafted by the Phoenix Suns with the 21st pick. The Suns then traded him to the Boston Celtics. Rondo helped the Celtics reach the NBA Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers in 2008.
