Rainforest Condoms

The Brazilian government has begun producing eco-friendly condoms from the Amazon Rainforest's Chico Mendes reserve. The production of condoms aims to preserve the rainforest, boost the economy, and spread the importance of contraception.

The condoms are marketed under the brand name Natex, and the company will begin by making a hundred million condoms a year. The latex to produce the condoms can be extracted without much damage to the rainforest. At the same time, the company will open up the job market in the area and help hundreds of families.
