In a video, shot on July 6, 2007, a California woman is in her backyard filming a rainbow that appearers over a sprinkler.
The unidentified woman, who is off camera, wonders what could be in the water supply, the oxygen supply and the ground that would cause a rainbow to appear so close to the ground. The woman apparently thinks rainbows only occur around the Sun and Moon. She seems to be totally perplexed by the common and natural occurrence.

Rainbows
Rainbows are caused when light enters into a drop of water, reflects and exits. As the the light enters the drop, it is bent and turned into a spectrum of colors. In this case, the sunlight is being split by water from the sprinkler. -
