Brief Background
Raima Sen grew up in the a film family. Both her mother and grandmother were famed actresses. She got her big break when she appeared in Rituparno Ghosh's Choker Bali. After that, she had limited success at the box office, but she once again received critical acclaim for her role in Parineeta.She is the sister of actress Riya Sen but is less in the public eye. In 2008 she is set to appear in the film C Company, in which she stars alongside Mithun Chakraborty.
