Rachael Ramonas, of Wolcott, Connecticut was named Miss Connecticut's Outstanding Teen in 2008. She won a $2,000 scholarship along with the pageant title. On February 21, 2009, police responded to Ramonas' home after receiving a call about a party. According to the program's official website, Ramonas hopes enroll in the University of Connecticut's dental program and become a dentist. Her accomplishments include organizing a fundraiser for the families of friends who were killed in a car crash and her many dance awards.
