  • Quisp Cereal, originally released in 1965 in the U.S. by The Quaker Oats Company, was a sugar-sweetened breakfast cereal. Quisp cereal was frequently advertised alongside another cereal by Quaker Oats, Quake, in successful cartoon advertisements created by Jay Ward of Rocky and Bullwinkle fame. Quisp is a saucer-shaped, corn and syrup-based cereal. Quisp has a similar taste to Cap'n Crunch but with a softer texture.
  • Quisp Re-introduction

After being pulled from shelves in the late-1970s due to low sales, Quisp was re-introduced in the 1990s as the "first internet cereal". The cereal remained in limited distribution until March 2008, when it was announced that many Dollar General Stores would begin selling the cereal.
  • Quisp the Alien

Quisp, the brand's spokesperson, is a pink alien in the green spacesuit with a propeller on his head. He was first introduced in 1965. Quisp hails from the planet "Q" and has devoted his life to delivering Quisp ceareal to the inhabitants of earth and beyond. From 1965 to 1972 Quisp competed against Quake, the kangaroo spokesperson of the same name.
