Quiche Lorraine
Quiche Lorraine is the most common of all quiches. In addition to the basic eggs and cream mixture, it also includes bacon or lardons (fatty bacon). Adding Gruyere cheese to this dish makes it quiche au gruyere or a quiche vosgienne. Adding onions to quiche Lorraine makes it quiche alsacienne.-
