The Quesadilla is a Mexican dish, typically made in the United States by grilling or frying a Flour tortilla that has been stuffed with cheese and other fillings of choice. The quesadilla is cooked until golden brown and cut into wedges, served with sour cream and guacamole on the side.

Directions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat
- Add 1/2 teaspoon corn oil
- When oil is hot, place 1 tortilla in pan
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and filling
- Top with second tortilla or fold individually
- Cook until cheese is melting and the bottom of tortilla is golden brown
- Flip and cook until golden on both sides
- Remove from heat
- Cut into wedges
- Serve with sour cream and guacamole
