Quentin Richardson is a Forward/Guard for the NBA's New York Knicks.
On November 26, 2008, after the Knicks lost a game to the Detroit Pistons. Richardson ripped teammate Stephon Marbury for his refusal to play for the Knicks, who had only seven players suited for the game. The Knicks lost to the Pistons 110-96. Richardson stated, He hasn't played with us all year. Regardless of what you have going on with the organization or what you have going on with your coach or whatever you're not going to allow your teammates to be left out there the way we were basically being left out there. Early Life
Quentin Richardson was born in Chicago, Illinois on April 13, 1980. He attended high school in Whitney Young High School in Illinois. Richardson continued his education at DePaul University. Pro Career
In his first season with the Clippers, Richardson averaged 8.1 points in 76 games. His breakthrough season came during the 2003-2004 campaign when he averaged 17.2 points and 4.2 rebounds a game. In 2004, Richardson signed with the Phoenix Suns as a free agent, that same year Richardson won the NBA Three-point Shootout.
