  • Synopsis

    Push: Based on the novel by Sapphire chronicles the life of a young girl named Claireece Precious Jones. Jones has endured a life of pain and hardship. In her past she was raped by her father, physically and psychologically abused by her mother. These events have led her to live a lonely life which has contributed to her overweight physique, illiteracy, economic hardship and poor self esteem.
