    The cuisine in Puerto Vallarta is diverse and plentiful. With over a thousand restaurants, ranging from taco stands to luxury dining with rooftop views of the city, there is something for every taste. It is also a good idea to be weary of ordering shrimp because it may not have been cleaned properly, or to buy food from beach peddlers because it may be undercooked.
