At least two million people are expected to attend the 52nd annual National Puerto Rican Day Parade on Sunday, June 14, 2009. The annual celebration of Puerto Rican culture features live music, exhibits, celebrities, politicians and a variety of Puerto Rican food. The king of the 2009 parade is Victor Manuelle.
The parade starts at 11:00 p.m. EST on Fifth Avenue. The National Puerto Rican Day Parade 2009 will be aired on NYC's FOX 5 and WOR Channel 9. The parade is also broadcast live on Earthcam.com
