An Internet Retailer report stated that Publix would no longer accepts coupons printed from Internet sources due to concerns about fraud. Both Publix Supermarkets, Inc. and Albertsons implemented the policy after reportedly losing money due to illegally reproduced coupons. He goes to Publix thinking that it is not going to be a nice experience. He is pleasantly surprised with the friendly service he gets at the store. Every department that he goes to he gets the same friendly service. From the start of his shopping to the end he had a nice experience.
