  • Roe v. Wade

    Pro-choice supporters endorse with Roe v. Wade, a Supreme Court decision in 1973 which legalized abortion in all states. The Supreme Court's decision in the case said laws against abortion in The United States violated a constitutional right to privacy under the Fourteenth Amendment. Roe v.
