Printers

A printer is a device used to create a hard copy of an electronic document. Printers are most commonly connected to a computer, although some are free-standing and allow for a connection to a camera or memory card. Printers are available that combine features, including printing, scanning, faxing and copy features. Printers can be connnected to a PC by cable or wireless.

There are several types of printers such as the inkjet, laser, photo and dye-sublimation printer. Inkjet printers use removable ink cartridges.
