About Prince of Persia

The Prince of Persia games are an action-adventure series that first appeared in 1989. The franchise now numbers 10 titles developed for a variety of platforms. In the 2008 version of Prince of Persia, developer Ubisoft Montreal has revamped both the graphics and gameplay elements of the series. The prince is no longer a solitary warrior; he now travels with a female companion named Elika.
The prince does not use magic in the game, and his stats and abilities remain static throughout the game. Elika, on the other hand, gains access various magic abilities, which can be unlocked by collecting Light Seeds in each level.
