Often made around Christmas and Thanksgiving, Praline Candy is made with either one type of nut or a combination of nuts, such as almonds or pecans, covered in caramelized sugar. The pieces of candy can be dropped in hunks onto waxed paper or cut and broken up into chunks. The resulting candy is a jumble of sugary nuts.
