Posterous is a blogging platform which allows users to publish posts through e-mail messages. You can send the email from your email account:

• Sent the email to post@posterous.com

• The "subject" field is always the title of your first post

• In the body of your email, type in the post and add a URL, links, video or music.

• Press send, You post will appear shortly

Or you can go directly to the website:

• Go to Posterous.com

• Click on the icon for your email server - Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail. If you use an external email server such as Outlook Express or Windows Mail, click on "email post@posterous.com"

• This will open up a new message in your existing email server.
