Posterous is a blogging platform which allows users to publish posts through e-mail messages. Launched in July 2008, Posterous features e-mail publishing images and text, as well as post synchronization between other "micro-blogging" platforms such as Twitter and Tumblr.
To create a Posterous blog, users must only e-mail post@posterous.com, which auto-creates a blog associated with the users e-mail address. This is ideal if you are on the go and want to keep people update from your mobile device.
