  • Popsicle History

Eleven year old Frank Epperson mistakenly left some fruity soda outside overnight, with a stick in it. It was frozen by morning and the Popsicle was born. Epperson continued to develop the product and obtained the patent for it in 1924. Each year new versions of the classic treat are sold on stores shelves, and the basic orange, cherry and grape flavors endure.
