How to Make Popcorn Balls
Pop corn in an air popper or stove top with little oil. Set aside. Depending on your method, combine your sticky ingredients in a heavy saucepan and heat until liquid. Coat the popcorn with syrup mixture. Grease your hands with butter or cooking spray, form into a fist sized ball and allow to dry. You may want to wrap the balls individually in clear or colored plastic wrap or plastic baggies to maintain freshness and give a nice presentation. Close it up with festive ribbon. -
