    Prior to playing professionally, Tinoisamoa played college football with the Hawaii Warriors in the NCAA. He didn't play as a freshman, but continued on to play in 35 games, recording 289 tackles, 15.5 sacks, six forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, two interceptions and one blocked field goal.   • NFL Career

    After college, Tinoisamoa was selected 43rd overall in the second round of the 2003 NFL draft by the St. Louis Rams. He made his professional debut that same year, playing in all 16 games and tallying 76 tackles, two sacks, four pass deflections and three interceptions.
