    45-year-old Robert Stewart has been charged with eight counts of first-degree murder and a felony assault charge on a police officer for the March 29, 2009, shootings at Pinelake Health and Rehab Center. He opened fire at 10:00am, killing seven residents and a nurse at the facility. Several others were wounded, including an officer. The officer was listed in good condition. No motive has been released for the shootings yet, but Stewart is being detained and questioned. A second news conference is scheduled for 10:00am EST March 30, 2009.
