Author, politician, Constitutional lawyer and Canada's 15th Prime Minister, Pierre (Elliott) Trudeau led his country for a combined thirteen years over two terms in office. He was elected as Prime Minister four times and was Canada's first French-Canadian Prime minister. The young, handsome and charismatic leader was adored by many young Canadians, who would often mob Trudeau, causing journalists to dub his popularity phenomenon "Trudeaumania."
