How to Make Pickled Eggs
- Prepare 6 hard boiled eggs and remove the shells from them.
- Boil a brine of 1/2 a cup of water, 2 cups vinegar, 1 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 3 cloves of garlic and two onion thinly sliced into half rings.
- Pour the brine and place the eggs into sterilized canning jars.
- Keep refrigerated for a month to allow the eggs to pickle.
