• Photoshop is a popular image editing program developed by Adobe Systems. It is available for several operating systems including Microsoft Windows operating systems and Mac OS X. Photoshop is particularly well-regarded in the graphic design industry, often the image editing program of choice for many graphic designers. Photoshop works primarily with raster graphics, which are graphics composed of several pixels or various different colors. It also has some tools, but Adobe Systems produces another imaging tool specifically for vector graphics called Adobe Illustrator.
