UIC Phoenxsoftware is a Belgian company which distributes free graphics related software. Previously system tools for windows but these are almost all opensource nowadays.

Their flagship is 36-image converter where most products revolve around. This is one of the most used free image editors and converters in the world.

Another project of phoenxsoftware is Blastgen, which aims to be the fastest antivirus on earth with a 1 second scanning time, this project is still in development.
