Fine Dining
Sassi's Italian restaurant features a variety of fresh fish, locally grown seasonal vegetables, homemade breads and pastas. Chef Wade Moises brings a little of Tuscan to his restaurant with appetizers like his signature Insalata Caprese made with Italian buffela mozzarella. Frommer's recommends trying the wood-oven shrimp with a asparagus, lemon, roasted garlic, and prosciutto broth. Don't leave without trying the homemade gelato or sorbetto. -
Affordable Dining
If you're in the mood for Mexican cuisine, try the Los Dos Molinos restaurant. They offer new Mexican influenced meals. This place is very popular with the locals, expect a two to three hour wait for a table on the weekends. Frommer's recommends you bring a fire extinguisher, the food is spicy! -

|name=Lon's At the Hermosa |address=5532 N Palo Cristi Rd |city=Scottsdale |state=AZ |postal_code=85253 |country=USA |phone=602-955-7878 |fax=602-955-7893 |url=http://www.lons.com/ |map_url=http://maps.google.com/maps?f=l&hl=en&q=Lon's&near=5532+North+Palo+Cristi+Road,+Paradise+Valley,+AZ&ie=UTF8&om=1&ll=33.523329,-111.998835&spn=0.012772,0.029182&z=15&iwloc=A |type=American Regional }}
- Frommer's Very Highly Recommended: "Dinner entrees are reliable, though not quite as imaginative as the appetizers (I like to skip the entrees and just make a meal of appetizers). The bar is cozy and romantic"
- Fodor's Choice: "In an adobe hacienda hand-built by cowboy artist Lon Megargee, this romantic spot has sweeping vistas of Camelback Mountain and the perfect patio for after-dinner drinks under the stars."
- {{MfRestaurant
|name=Cowboy Ciao |address=7133 E Stetson Dr. |city=Scottsdale |state=AZ |postal_code=85251 |country=USA |phone=480-946-3111 |fax=480-946-3111 |url=http://www.cowboyciao.com/ |map_url=http://maps.google.com/maps?f=l&hl=en&q=Cowboy+Ciao&near=7133+E+Stetson+Dr,+Scottsdale,+AZ&ie=UTF8&om=1&ll=33.504616,-111.923432&spn=0.012775,0.029182&z=15&iwloc=A |type=American Regional }}
- Concierge.com Recommended: "The unique (some say odd) combo of Southwest and Italian translates into heavy dishes that shun simplicity."
- Frommer's Highly Recommended: "Delicious food with a global influence and a fun, "cowboy chic" atmosphere make this a great place for a memorable meal."

|name=La Hacienda |address=7575 E Princess Dr |city=Scottsdale |state=AZ |postal_code=85255 |country=USA |phone=480-585-4848 |fax=480-585-0091 |url=http://www.fairmont.com/scottsdale/GuestServices/Restaurants/LaHacienda.htm |map_url=http://maps.google.com/maps?f=l&hl=en&q=La+Hacienda&near=7575+East+Princess+Drive,+Scottsdale,+AZ&ie=UTF8&om=1&ll=33.650565,-111.912575&spn=0.012754,0.029182&z=15&iwloc=A |type=Mexican }}
- Frommer's Very Highly Recommended: "[T]his is not your average taco joint. La Hacienda serves gourmet Mexican cuisine in an upscale, glamorous but rustic setting reminiscent of an early 1900s hacienda (stone-tiled floor, Mexican glassware and crockery, a beehive fireplace)."
- Fodor's Review: "To ensure authentic cuisine, executive chef Reed Groban took tasting tours through Mexican villages and towns."

- Frommer's Exceptional Rating: "Located within the walls of the Mediterranean-inspired Royal Palms Resort & Spa, it's surrounded by decades-old gardens and even has palm trees growing right through the roof of the dining room."
- Fodor's Review: "One of the finest restaurants in the Valley, T. Cook's oozes romance, from the floor-to-ceiling windows with dramatic views of Camelback Mountain to its 1930s-style Spanish-colonial architecture and decor."
