Three suspects were dragged from their car and beaten by a group of Philadelphia police officers in an incident captured on camera.
The officers were responding to a report of a shooting nearby. The suspects will be charged with participation in the suspected shooting that injured 3 people before the incident.
The Philadelphia police force is said to be on edge after an officer was killed in a bank robbery two days before the beatings. He was the third to be killed on duty in Philadelphia in the last two years.

- As officers try to handcuff the driver, he is kicked 13 times and punched several times
- The passenger kicked by a group of four officers and struck with a baton
