Career
Peter Berg made his acting debut in 1988 with an appearance on the television show 21 Jump Street. His first big film role came in 1989 when he scored the leading role in Wes Craven's horror movie Shocker. In 1998, Berg made his directorial debut with the comedy Very Bad Things. He has continued to mix acting with directing, taking roles in Chicago Hope, Collateral and Corky Romano and directing films like The Rundown and The Kingdom.
