Pete Wentz

Pete Wentz is the bassist and primary songwriter for the pop/punk band Fall Out Boy. Wentz is also a budding entrepreneur, having started his own record label named Decaydance Records and his own clothing and merchandise line known as Clandestine Industries.

Wentz's bar, Angels & Kings, located in New York City, was reportedly temporarily shut down in late May of 2009 after claims that alcoholic drinks were being served to minors. People Magazine reported on January 16, 2009, that Wentz and wife Ashlee Simpson were scheduled to appear on an upcoming episode of the CBS crime drama CSI: New York. In an interview with Howard Stern in mid December 2008, Wentz revealed that his wife, Ashlee Simpson, is a good lover. Wentz stated, "We have an amazing sex life. We have such sexual chemistry. Only a few months before the release of Fall Out Boy's breakthrough album, Wentz attempted suicide by trying to overdose on the anti-anxiety medication Ativan.
