Persuasion

Jane Austen's last completed novel Persuasion, was released in 1918. Although, the novel was finished in 1916, Austen died in 1917 before its publication.

Plot Synopsis

Jane Austen's Persuasion is a romantic narrative about a woman's regret over having been persuaded to reject the man she loved because of his lack of status.

Upon his return to England eight years later, she discovers he is now wealthy, but his interests lie with her younger neighbor.
