Perry Farrell

Perry Farrell is an influential alternative rock musician serving as the lead singer for Jane's Addiction, Porno for Pyros, Satellite Party and multiple solo projects. Farrell created the annual alternative music festival Lollapalooza.

Farrell suffered a torn calf muscle while performing at the Lakewood Amphitheatre in Atlanta on May 10, 2009. He was reportedly transported to the Atlanta Medical Center via ambulance following the show.Breitbart: Jane's Addiction singer hurts leg at Atlanta show (May 11, 2009)
