Perfect Dark

Perfect Dark is a 2000 first-person shooter developed by Rare for the N64 console. The game is the prequel to Perfect Dark Zero (released in 2005) and the unofficial sequel to Goldeneye 007 (released in 1997).

Starting with March 17, 2010 this game is available on Xbox 360, with improved details and gameplay. This version is developed by 4J Studios, published by Microsoft Game Studios, and it is rated M for Mature. In order to access this game you need an Xbox LIVE Silver or Gold membership. Perfect Dark is set in the year 2023, and tells the story of a highly skilled secret agent named Johanna Dark. Recently hired at the Carrington Institute for her exceptional espionage skills, Dark is sent on a mission of the utmost importance: dataDyne, Carrington Institute's main competitor, appears to be readying a plan to recover an alien megaweapon from the bottom of ocean, and then give it to the Skedar alien race. Alongside dataDyne and Carrington Institute's rivalry on Earth, in outer space a galactic war rages on between the Maians and the Skedar, two alien races. When Dark discovers that dataDyne plans to assassinate the President of the United States in order to facility their plan, she sets out to stop them and aid the Maians in the larger war against the Skedar.

The Xbox 360 version of Perfect Dark, has the same story-line as the original version, however there are several improvements the player should consider. The game is running in full HD, 1080p at 60 frames per second. The multiplayer modes are available for 1-4 players using the versus option and 1-2 players in the co-op mode. In-game Dolby Digital is also supported by this version and you can save the game using your storage devices.
