Percy Harvin Biography
William Percival "Percy" Harvin III was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia, on born May 28, 1988. Athletisism is a trait of the Harvin household, as both his sister Lintera and his mother, Linda, were track stars in high school. Percy was a football standout, winning the Pop Warner National Championship in 2001, and leading Landstown High School to the State Championship in 2004 (and losing in the finals in both 2003 and 2005) with 476 all purpose yards.
Failed Drug Test?

College Football Career
Harvin began his college football career with the Florida Gators in 2006, playing in 13 games and recording 34 catches, 41 rushes for 855 total yards and five touchdowns. Continuing with the Gators in 2007, Harvin totaled a career-high 59 receptions, 83 carries and 1,622 total yards, for 10 touchdowns. Again Harvin was selected as an All-American, as well as a second-team All-SEC. NFL Career
Wide receiver Percy Harvin was selected 22nd overall in the 2009 NFL draft by the Minnesota Vikings. He played college football for the Florida Gators in the NCAA.
Just days after the NFL draft, Harvin was missing from a Vikings mini-camp after he was hospitalized with severe dehydration.
